Yeah, like Nine was so violent at times, full of anger, but loss and love for those he lost in the war. And Ten regenerated with Rose, and she was what kept him going, making him so emotional and, ultimately, a family-man, with the biggest family in the Universe. Ten regenerated into Eleven wishing he had a friend, but he was ultimately alone, and that’s what he became, the friend who stood back.
I would very much like someone with a greater knowledge than I of the classic who to see if this holds true for all of his regenerations as opposed to just the ones since the show came back. ‘Cause this is actually pretty interesting.
